As FE continues to enter new markets, we sat down with FE Sweden's Country Manager to learn more about her background and hear her thoughts on everything from growth to company culture.
Hi Rebecca! You recently joined FE as a Country Manager at our office in Stockholm. Would you mind telling us a little bit about your background and what drove you to make the career change?
Prior to joining FE, I worked within Management Consulting for 5 years. As a consultant, I supported clients on their commercial side of the business as well as their operations and digital transformation. I have been working with everything from strategy, design, business model transformation, sustainability, and digitalization.
I really enjoyed my time as a consultant but ultimately decided to make a career change as I was keen to take on a new challenge. I also wanted to have a bigger impact and join a growth journey. So, when the Country Manager opportunity popped up - I just knew I had to take it.
